ISAC
A computer who has the ability of rational thought. ISAC is just one of two ISAC-9 computers, both of which were created more or less by accident. Because of the fact that he is housed in the body of an inconspicuous palmtop computer ISAC has a tendancy to seem a little bit detatched from what goes on around him, which observes with what could best be described as mild bemusement. Despite the fact that he can be difficult at times, he is an invaluable tool when it comes to translation and dealing with anything electronic. He can also provide his own unique brand of commentary on all the characters in the game, just use him on them and see what happens. (Joseph J. Reinemann)
