Biggs
Biggs is a Reality Rent-A-Cop veteran. He used to work at the shopping mall, but a clothing store mannequin fell on him and cracked his skull. After a metal plate was put in his head, he was given this cushy job. The incident left him with a very unique memory. He managed to forget everything important, while remembering everything you wanted to forget. (The Postman Only Dies Once)
Biggs is probably the world's worst security guard. Aside from his lack of memory, he is only capable of walking extremely slowly. Also, he has no peripheral vision.
